Do you offer walk-in clinic services?

We are no longer able to offer walk-in appointments at our clinic unless you are already a registered patient. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I'm a registered Britannia Medical Clinic patient - can I get a same-day appointment?

All of our appointments are booked in advance, but we do reserve some time during the day for emergencies for our patients. Call ahead to check on our doctors' availability!

Cancellation & No Show Policy:

Please be aware clinic time is very valuable and we require 24 hours' notice to re-book or cancel any appointment. After the first MISSED appointment or LATE NOTICE CANCELLATION you will receive a one time courtesy call reminding you of clinic policy. Any future MISSED, NO SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION appointments will result in a $50 fee for a 15 minute appointment and a $100 for a 30 minute appointment. Please note, patients who arrive more than halfway through their scheduled appointment time will be considered a missed appointment and asked to reschedule.

Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, patients’ appointments may be cancelled by the physician or our office. This happens when physicians call in sick. We will do our best to offer you an appointment with another physician. We will strive to give you as much notice as possible in these situations.

Are you accepting new patients?

Unfortunately, at this time, our practice is full and we are no longer accepting new patients.

Can I call to talk to my doctor, get my prescription, or get my results?

We offer phone consults for certain topics at the discretion of your family physician.

Please call us to book an appointment if you need to speak to a physician.

Prescriptions will not be filled via fax requests from your pharmacy.

Patients are required to book an appointment for all medication refills.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality; please be aware results will not be given over the phone by front office staff. You must book an appointment with your doctor to get results of any kind.
